Selling A Freehold

Hi

I would like to sell the freeholds of two properties (masonnette first floor and ground) but am unsure of the price I can ask and how I can work out a price. Could you tell me what information is needed to determine a price.

If you could provide me with the following details, I may be able to give you a rough ballpark figure:

1. Market value for each flat.
2. Ground rent paid by leaseholders per year.
3. remaining term on each lease.
